I've struggled with being overweight for most of my adult life.  I've tried going to the gym, lots of different diets and everything short of doing surgery... But nothing has really helped me slim down and stay slim. Working with my nutritionist, and steadily working towards my weight goal through controlling my caloric intake and getting a bit more exercise has been very effective.  Having the ongoing support of a nutritionist and the other staff at MSL and being able to discuss challenges I faced in weight loss has made my experience very positive. I still have a long road ahead, but MSL has certainly equipped me with the tools and knowledge to get my body weight on track for the rest of my life.
